Poorly Teddy

I've had a go at decoupage on my stamped image today, which I don't usually do, but I saw some beautiful cards using this technique and I thought I'd give it a go!  I've used a Lili of the Valley image, and a orange theme (to make a change from my usual pinks and lilacs!).  I've used a circle theme backing paper, with a bit of distressing around the edges and some rusty orange coloured card to matt everything to bring it all together.  I've used my new oval cutter to cut around the image, but there are only 6 sizes that it can cut, and I don't like the large gaps between the sizes (it creates too much of a border) so I end up hand cutting the larger size with scalloped scissors using the smaller as a guide.  I'm quite pleased with my steady hand overall considering I'd had a Bacardi & coke beforehand !
