This card was intended to be a bit more masculine, but as usual I've added a bow and some pearls, so as usual, that didn't quite go according to plan!
I've used the Nordic papers and ribbon I had left over from Monday's kit project. There's plenty in that kit to make extra stuff, so it's great value.

I could do with some snow right now! Gorgeous card hun, and at Christmas I think you can get away with bows and pearls, even for the boys, lol. Beautiful. Hugs xx

I have the same problem with masculine cards, I always want to use something pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely design though and of course the glitter looks fab!
Big hugs, Kat xx
This card is absolutely adorable and I think it's just fine that it didn't turn out as manly as you first thought. I agree that it never hurts to add some bows and pearls! As usual, I am in awe of your coloring skills with the main image and background. So pro-looking! I also liked the papers you chose to use, which look so lovely when put together. I like the addition of the glitter for that true frosty feel and I appreciate the recipe of products that you included. Beautiful card and I'm so glad that you shared it with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!

ReplyDeleteGreat card... I think it's "manly" enough for all but the most macho of guys yet "soft" enough for a lay-dee :-) I think it's lovely, fab colouring as always, Donna xx
