Too CAS to think of a clever blogpost title

I recently ordered a few new Stamping Bella Uptown Girls stamps from Quixotic Paperie and finally managed to get around to stamping one of them this week.

Boy, these images are HUGE!

Probably unwisely when using a new image, I also decided to try a technique that I'm not really comfortable with which is the 'no-lines' technique.

I'm not sure I did a great job with my colouring attempts, but since the image is so huge it's ended up being the focus of the finished card, so there's not much to distract from it.

Can you perhaps focus on my stitching instead?  Yes, great idea.  Look how straight it is!!! :0)

  4. This is brilliant, Annette. Think you've totally cracked the no lines thing. As for the stitching, I'm very jealous - I yet to manage sewing a straight line, with or without a sewing machine! Tracey x

  14. wow your colouring is amazing, I love this card. I don't have any uptown girls, how big are they? I suppose they would be good to use part of the image if they are large, hmmm more versatile, I might need some. love the no-lines technique, I really want to try that now I've seen yours. I do like visiting your blog. xxx
