And because I spent so long painting him, he became the centrepiece of my card with a very CAS layout using a stitched border die and a trio of brown pearls.

Your colour work is absolutely stunning, he looks absolutely beautiful and aside from your expert colouring, I love the little touches of glossy accents on the little bee's wings and goggles. Your attention to detail in the colouring is just wonderful and I totally love this. Of course, I was never in any doubt you would make a fabulous job of colouring him - you are a genius!

I gotta say, I love this too - whether he's blown dry or not!! To me he looks a bit spiky - I think you got the colouring perfect! I've never seen this image before..... and I bet it's retired not. And oooh to that fabbie little bee with his glossy accented eyes and wings!! Love it all! x
