Anyway, I've just invested in a fab new die-versions die from Oyster Stamps and so decided that it would be perfect for a plain card suitable for a guy. I embossed the card base front for some added interest, cut the wording from opalescent red card, and raised it on sticky foam pads.
Simples !!!
Even my hubby, who has previously told me that "you just don't do male cards", had to admit that this one was sufficiently masculine. Not a flower in sight. Hope my colleague likes it too. Happy birthday Kev, this one's for you!!!

'Sufficiently masculine' :) That made me smile Netty. My hubby is my biggest critic on male cards, and I cant believe how fussy he can be! :D
This is brilliant, and I agree, simple is best for male cards ;) I has just the right amount of impact and it does what it says on the tin (which is all my hubby would be bothered about) ;)
I havent seen those dies before either - its perfect!
Hope you have a great week hun,
hugs
