Get in Shape

I've loved this Go Kreate nesting die since I got it years ago. I don't use it much for cutting the images or panels, but instead for creating the actual cardbase shape. I love the flourished edges and it's a great size for my favourite 6x6 sized cards so I can still get a decent sized image (and some fussy bits) on it.  So when I came to consider the new favourite shape or fold at As You Like It Challenge, it had to be this shape!

Water-coloured on Langton Watercolour paper with Ranger Distress Ink Reinkers:
  • Unicorn: Milled Lavender, Dusty Concord, Victorian Velvet, Aged Mahogany
  • Greens: Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Peeled Paint
  • Sky: Tumbled Glass

I know Paul, whose business was Go Create. He first sold his dies through The Craft Barn, Where I was a Tutor and demonstrator. So I was lucky to be able to get quite a lot of his dies. A gorgeous card as always and love the soft colours. Have a lovely weekend. Hugs, Carol S.xx

Love this adorable image of Lee's. Super duper cute! That card shape I fell in love with years ago too, when I first saw Bev Rochester use it. It was the first Go Kreate I ever bought and still the one I use most. Great choice! Adorable card, love the paper and sweet embellies. That is such a 'chocolate box' bow! Beautiful. Hugs, Wends xoxo
