Salad Dodger

I obviously fancied a bacon cheeseburger when I painted this image because I coloured the rippled bits on the burger as bacon.

When I showed the image to my non-salad-dodging pal Squirrel, she questioned whether it should have been green for lettuce.

And yes, I think she's probably right. D'oh!

But today, my lettuce is bacon.

Well, it could be, couldn't it?

Ok. I'll get my coat.

Trust me hun, I would far rather have a bacon burger than a lettuce one any day of the week! She is gorgeous, you're really painting these gals to perfection you know. Super idea for a recipe book too. Is the dripping border mayonnaise or mustard? ;) Hugs xx

Gorgeous card Annette :-) bacon works much better than lettuce, nothing is nastier than warm soggy lettuce! ;-) Tilda is adorable and looks just perfect on the front of a recipe book, absolutely fabulous! :-)

Ha ha, a bacon burger sounds awesome to me...I would have been tempted to colour it yellow as I do like some cheese in my burger too - lol!

It's a great image for your fabulous little notebook and the border at the top is just lovely :-)
