So today, I'm trying to redeem myself with a summery themed card.
I'm using a sweet new image that I bought from Sir Stampalot, and I must say that their customer service was amazing. I ordered this image on Monday, and it was sitting on my doormat when I got home on Tuesday night! So I excitedly inked her up that night, and made this card. And I must say, I kinda like her!
I made a custom sentiment to ensure the recipient realised that I'd got the date right this time, and finished her off with summery pink colours.
Card Recipe:
- Image - Tilda with Dripping Ice Cream
- Typed Sentiment (Wendy Medium font)
- Colouring - Distress Ink Reinkers
- Maja Design Coffee in the Arbour Papers
- Stazon Ink Pad
- The Langton Watercolour paper
- Wild Orchid Craft Flowers
- Magnolia Doohickey Lacey Border die
- Gem Brad
- Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Circles dies from Simon Says Stamp
- 15mm Gingham Ribbon
- Flat Backed Pearls
- Gem Brad
- All About Magnolia - Bingo (either Pearls, Doohickey, Ribbon or Metal, Ribbon, Bling)
- Inky Chicks - Metal Embellishment
- Simon's Monday Challenge - I scream for Ice-Cream!
- Crafty Ribbons - Anything Goes
- The Ribbon Girl - Summer

Love how you did this card, the image is beautiful. She will love it the same as she would have loved your first one.
Love your new stamp I don't like all the Tilda images but this one is a delight I can see why you bought her The card is perfect and I'm certain you've got this just right for her summer birthday Love and hugs Carole x
Netty, this card is adorable! For a Winter OR Summer Birthday! Usually when people forget when a Birthday is, they don't send a card. And this lady will probably get TWO! So although you forgot the date, the sentiment of the card was kindness and I'm sure that she appreciate that. Thank you for sharing your card with us for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. ~Michelle
Oh she is super cute! I hadn't seen her until now. Love your design on this card and the fresh summery colours. Your colouring is amazing! Thanks for joining us at The Ribbon Girl, hugs, Jane x

It's always nice to get a handmade card...even at the wrong time! I'm sure Mary will be delighted with this beautiful card as it is just so pretty and Summery :-)
Probably more delighted than poor Tilda who is losing her ice cream...she better eat quicker!
