Birthday Bella

Well after a beautiful sunny week (that I only experienced for the 5 or so mins we were all stood outside during a fire drill at work), the weather turned slightly yesterday just in time for the weekend.  I walked to work in flip flops, but walked home with an umbrella and wet feet.  By the time I got home, my flip flops were squelching and my trouser cuffs were flapping around my heels, heavily soaked with road spray.  Yuk!

Anyway, I'm back to my favourite colour combo of pink and blue, and some of my favourite papers too from Magnolia.  They're really pretty in the soft pinks, which have inspired me to try to keep the colouring soft with my DI water-colouring too.

I used contrasting baby blue accents in the pretty vintage blue ribbon, and some liquid pearls on the die cut.
