It's Time for some Tug of War

I've got something exciting to share today.  A little while ago I was thrilled to be offered a guest design spot for July at Lili of the Valley.  I admit that I was also a bit daunted at first ... but then I proceeded to get carried away with my first creation, and it's one I was rather pleased with.

I wanted to make a gift for a someone special who had been feeling somewhat under the weather, and today's project was the keepsake that I came up with.

I've also used one of my favourite colours (no, not pink this time, but purple) and a gorgeous Lili of the Valley image called Annabel Tug of War.

The numbers around the edge are coloured with Stardust gel pen and topped off with glossy accents for some shimmer.

If you want to know how I made the clock, then pop over to this post for the FREE template or this post for the cut down version (only 3, 6, 9, 12 numbers (so more room for decorating!!!)

Here's a close up of Annabel, with a little glamour dust on the puddles.

And one last piccie from the side so you can see all the elements and sparkly Stickles.

I really enjoyed making this project and was pleased with how it turned out.

So proud to wear this badge for July ...  :0)
