Mariposa

I am not sure what possessed me to think that the no-lines colouring would be a good idea, because it took me 4 times longer to paint this image than it does normally, but I was quite pleased with the outcome.

The papers are actually from a winter set, but I use them a fair bit for non-Christmas cards because they're so pretty and you can hardly see the snowflakes!  Plus the florals on the paper matched the blossom in the image so I thought it would be perfect.

This is so effective Annette.. but I totally agree with you about the no-lines colouring........ it's so difficult!! But the end result was certainly worthwhile!!

Your insanity has been confirmed, I've seen the certificate. Wow, it might have taken longer but do you not realise how good you are?! Love the cute bug, great match with the papers xx

This takes me back years, to when I only used Marvy Markers Watercolour Pens directly onto my stamps. I sometimes still do it. The difference is, your image, if I didn't know better, looks like a pre-coloured image. That's how good it is!! Stunning and rather cute too. Love the papers. Have a lovely weekend. This is gorgeous, so pretty. The papers are perfect with that image and I use that set a lot too for everyday cards.
I haven't tried no line colouring but it looks wonderful, you've done a beautiful job on this.
Hope you're having a good weekend

Swoon! That colouring!!! Amazing!!!! (Okay, I won't let hubby see this, he'd be growling at me for all my exclamation marks, he says we women overuse them, but there's times when it's warranted! LOL) Love this sweet image of Sylvia's and the gorgeous card design. Utterly delish in every detail hun. Hugs, Wends xoxo
