Lazy Days Millie Mouse

I've used another pre-coloured topper from Amanda Jayne Designs' Lazy Days Collection for this simple circular card. The frame is die cut using a Tattered Lace Foundation Doily die and it's layered several times onto alternating dark and light blue card. Simples!
